Mist Healing Cavern

a small cavern with the entrance covered by bramble. Its water has some of the most potent healing ability in the world.

i landed and streaked through the brambles. I called water to my paws quickly and then just sat in waiting.

The dragon figured Echo's plan, so he came from behind and hovered over the entrance.

Im not coming out just yet i put my thought out there for all to hear

For the love of flyers! just eat the thing already! I screeched in my head. I wanted the dragon to have a nice snack and be gone!

But you can not stay in there forever, furball.

"Your right. . . But im not coming out alone." i purred. I dropped the water from my paws, but moved them in flowing movements. The water line rose fast, the healing water carring me out.

The dragon saw the water and sneered.
Your mear water cant help you. I've already proven that!

"This is the purest healing water around. Possibly on the planet. And ive seen it be proven, ive seen it been proven that it cant evaporate either." I sneered in a purr.
I shot a jet straight for his head

He mearly lowered his head and released a jet of flame at Echo.

I jumped into te current of water before it could hit me. I lowered the curent of water, so it hit his head dead on. I made sure i left no room so he could move his head out of it.
"For you Fretno" i whispered.

The dragon reared, trying to get the healing water off. You could see him trying to roar, but he only ended up taking in more water. At last, he was still. The ways of immortals came to and a light exploded around the dragon. When the light faded, the dragon was stone. He was now and forever a gardian of the cave entrance.

"Im sorry" i dropped the water back into the cave.
I sat down, shielded by a bush so i was harder to spot. I cried easily. The sun was begining to rise. I was still crieing. i had never killed anyone before

I came down from where i was and landed near Echo. Just because she was hidden, doesnt mean i couldnt hear her.
"Why cry? You got revenge for you and for me. Tears show weakness in one." I said before taking flight down to the banks.

"I know im weak. . . " i mewed as she left. I just curled up and begged sleep to come.

I carried Zoraki to the cavern, and slowly dunked her into the water, making sure her head stayed out.

I moved so i could rest my head on the floor, letting the water do its work.

"I'll get the water out once your healed" i almost murmered. I was still in partial shock.

I splashed my face, so the cuts there would heal too. I climbed out after that, healed, but dead tired. So i flopped down and rested.
"Well...my part of the stars came true..." I muttered.

I shook my head lightly.
"I could get you a softer bed"

I shook my head.
"Nah, the cold feels nice."

I shook my head again. I could feel my eyes want to droop, but my body was energised.

I lifted my head and opened my beak. It didnt look like i was doing anything, but the ground gave off vibrations of a screech to low to hear.

"What are you doing" i growled in surprise

I rested my head on my claws.
"Griffen custom. Griffens have our own calls that travel for longer then you think to inform other griffens of what took place."

"You are so pecular. . . " i almost laughed.
"So, do you still believe friends are stupid?"
