I sighed and swished my tail back and forth, watching the clouds part and the sun rise high. I growled and hid my face from it. Sometimes, when I was in a bout of a depression, I hated the sunlight for no reason at all.

I was listening to the whole thing. When i spotted the sun, i quickly came out and went to the edge of the thicket and laid out my wings to dry even faster. The first thing i wanted to do was to get away from the landwalkers.

I tested my wings and gave an ear splitting screech when i could fly. Flying upwards, i dodged clouds as i skyrocketed.
